SANFORD, Florida (BHN) - New photographs were mysteriously released today in connection with the Trayvon Martin case - one showing accused shooter George Zimmerman with a bloody head wound, and another purportedly showing Martin wielding a chainsaw just before the incident.
This new evidence may give weight to an eyewitness report that Martin was shot while trying to decapitate Zimmerman with a chainsaw after breaking his nose and repeatedly smashing his head against the sidewalk.
A Martin family friend disputed the account, saying if Trayvon was wielding the chainsaw and attempting to crush Zimmerman's skull, "he was just playin'."
There is no word from Florida prosecutors why these photos had not been mentioned.
My comments: At this rate, the only question about this incident is going to be why was there only one shot fired?
