WASHINGTON (BHN) - In what many political analysts are calling the clearest indication yet that the Obama campaign is panicking over Romney's choice of Paul Ryan as his running mate, even Joe Biden is sending out fundraising emails (see one we received, below).
For reasons unknown, until now the Vice President has been notably absent from campaign fundraising requests.
