MOSCOW (BHN) - In the wake of Vladimir Putin's Syrian victory thanks to the Obama administration's inept foreign policy bungling, Alexi Pushkov, Chairman of the Russian Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee, gloated publicly by mocking President Obama and his Secretary of State.
Via social media, Pushkov wrote "The Americans seem to be holding a contest to see who is more retarded - President Obama or the idiot John Kerry. Vladimir bitch-slapped the Americans without breaking a sweat."
