While the NBA players talk about drinking water, etc., Michille suddenly runs up in the background and dunks a Wendy's "Baconator" though a small hoop being held by one of the players. What happens next has catapulted the video to viral status - Michelle turns to the camera and looking like she's passing the largest bean burrito in history, unleashes a sound best described as a muskox getting its nuts slammed in a car door.
LeBron James was reportedly treated and released for shock after the take.
