CHICAGO (WNB) - The Chicago Police Department has developed the most advanced predictive analytical system yet, which uses advanced algorithms to compile a list of individuals most likely to commit a crime. as well as identify likely victims.
The culmination of the program has provided police with high-probability images of the likely criminal, and his victim (below).
"So far, it's been 100% accurate," said one Chicago precinct captain, "but frankly, that's not saying much."
