Imam: Cartoon Of Muhammad 'Act Of War'

LONDON, England (WNB) - British Islamic preacher Anjem Choudary is calling the cartoon of Muhammad on the cover of French magazine Charlie Hebdo an 'act of war.'

"Depicting the Prophet Muhammad as a cartoon figure is the worst insult one could give him or any Muslim. The shame is unforgivable - it is an act of war," Choudary told reporters.

The imam's comments have caused some media outlets around the world to refuse to show the magazine cover.
