WASHINGTON (WNB) - Recent reports that ISIS is armed to the teeth with thousands of U.S. tanks, Humvees, personnel carriers, artillery, etc., left behind by fleeing Iraqi troops has prompted the Obama administration to alter massive new arms shipments.
"We are aware that ISIS may have obtained some U.S. weaponry accidently discarded by Iraqi forces. Because of this, we are instituting safeguards on all new weapons (photo below) going to that country," White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters Wednesday.
